Cons: Booked a 2-bedroom suite for two nights for 35k on Amazon hotels and got an unclean room filled with mosquitos and other insects. No bathtubs as mentioned during hotel booking. Bathrooms are congested and unclean. When asked for a replacement in another block, we were told about water seepage there. Breakfast is below average. Idli is undercooked and dosa is literally half-cooked thick pancakes. Chutney is like white water. Lift had issues. Very overpriced for the facilities provided. Pros: Beach is half a km from the hotel. Hotel staff including manager Suraj have been responsive. Breakfast sambar is decent.

Not a place for a family or small kids to enjoy as shown in youtube no ganes or swimming pool is unhygienic no place to relax food not upto to the expectations suggestion not to visit this place for vacations there are lot of other places ini to enjoy all games are not there as shown in youtube this is only hotel now not vacations spot

Stayed for a night, family-friendly yet the room corridors are filled with cigar smoke. Tv wasn't working and nobody attended to our request when we mentioned it. When we asked for hot water, they mentioned its powered by solar so need to leave water for 10-15 minutes. Complimentary buffet breakfast was decent. The bath tub was not that clean. There was no dustbin inside the bathroom. Basic toiletries not provided.

Hermes resort and spa is good. 1. Hermes resort and spa food is good and services are good. 2. Room maintenance is ok, can do better. 3. Amenities maintenance is required. 4. Very near to kodike beach (just 500 mt walkable distance. This is a very good point to see for early morning calm beach and evening beach visit

The property needs full renovation and maintenance for open areas, lobbies, corridors, pools, and play areas. Rooms were in good condition, and the restaurant served delicious food. If property is well maintained ***** with adequate staff, this will become a goto place for upcoming travelers to udupi.
